Clickback launches new B2B lead generation software offering – Clickback WEB, which gives marketing and sales teams instant access to the contact details of potential decision-makers at companies who have visited your website but didn’t inquire
Clickback becomes one of the first email service providers to be 100% IPv6 compliant to maximize deliverability for our customer’s email campaigns to email servers around the world
Launched two major software updates to Clickback MAIL including a new ‘drag and drop’ editor (Simple Message Builder)
In March Clickback achieved its highest monthly sending volume of all time (over 100M email transactions)

Expanded the marketing department by hiring an in-house copywriter to maximize marketing department’s resources and expand internal content development
CASL was launched in July 2014, and updates were made to our software in order to remain compliant to all newly enacted Canadian laws
Successfully moved our Clickback servers to the Cloud, improving the speed of our email-sending capability, and giving us the ability to rapidly scale our platform in order to support higher email volumes as our customer base grows
2013
Hired a Digital Marketing Manager to help expand our marketing and communications efforts
Continued growth and expansion of our Data Provider and Agency Partner Programs across North America
Expanded management roles in the technology department, creating a VP Email Deliverability & Technology position to oversee, manage and plan the growth of our IT infrastructure and email deliverability

Successfully raised our first round of private financing for the expansion and growth of Clickback
Signed on VP Finance to oversee our accounting department and corporate finances
Expanded the head office to 5,225 square feet (adding an additional 3,400 square feet)

Clickback becomes the world’s first SaaS company to offer Email Lead Generation software to its customers. Software provides a safe and proven method of securing profitable B2B leads to mid-market and enterprise companies allowing them to send relevant, CAN-SPAM compliant email communications to their non permission-based contacts or purchased data records from reputable data providers
Introduced a new type of email communication software, Clickback Lead Gen Edition
The corporate name NEIsoft Inc. is updated to Clickback Inc.
Expanded our IT infrastructure with a storage area network (SAN) that provides access to consolidated, block-level storage to our virtualized server environment
Expanded our marketing team to manage all in-house marketing and outbound marketing campaigns

Expanded our in-house .NET development team to help with the development of new software and features

Completed an extensive IT and Server infrastructure upgrade including going into a new VMware virtualized server environment for increased efficiency and flexibility

Discontinued development on Clickback CMS and FORMS to focus on Clickback PRO
Clickback PRO version 3.0, a new software navigation system that is easier to use, goes live sporting a fresh look
Rebranded Clickback MAIL into Clickback PRO
Continued growth of the Clickback Agency Partner Program, signing new partners across Canada
2007
Successfully signed on many agency partners across Ontario covering Windsor, Niagara, the Golden Horseshoe, Toronto, and through to Ottawa
Launched a premier Ad Agency Partner Program for our Clickback family of software to agencies across North America. After many months of development, we completed a full software reseller program to target advertising agencies, web design firms and marketing consultants
2006
Released Clickback MAIL revision 2.3.0 – This revision was extensive with over 12 months of planning, development and testing, and included many new features and 200+ upgrades to the software
Released Clickback CMS version 2.2.5 – Repositioned as a webpage management tool for marketers to quickly publish information and update branding to be in parallel with email and traditional marketing initiatives. Also implemented the ability for the marketers to push through to any third party application or software from any of the website pages, making functionality flexible and easy to integrate with Clickback CMS
Rebranded all SaaS web software under the Clickback branding, the Clickback family of software including:
